Well, there are two ways of going about ordering your print. If you already have your design ready then find your product, select how many you would like, select the paper weight (if applicable) and request a quote for print. You will need to upload your artwork file before you submit the form. Within 24 hours we will either provide you with a quote. We may contact you if there are any issues with the artwork.
If you you would like us to design the artwork for you, please complete the print request form and select ‘yes’ for us to create the artwork. Once you are happy with the artwork and our quote, we will take your payment and produce your print.
Our usual turnaround for the majority of print products is 4-6 days. Some items may take longer but we will make you aware if this is the case. Always tell us if you have a specific deadline that you require this print for, this will enable us to prioritise your order so as to try and meet this deadline.
If we are designing your artwork then we will aim to send you the proof within 48 hours for most products (some multi-page brochures may take longer). Your print will then be received by you 4-6 days after you have approved the artwork.
We are based in Jersey, Channel Islands, however, we serve and deliver to the whole UK.
We are online print business, and do not have an office address that you pop in and visit.
We only take print order via our website, or by phone and email.

We accept payment from all major credit and debit cards.
You can also make payments using Paypal or by bank transfer.
Payment is required at time of ordering.
Customers can set up a credit account after placing 5 orders.
You will be invoiced by email at time of ordering and full payment instructions are provided on the invoice.
This depends at which stage the order is. If we have sent you a design proof and you decide not to proceed, then we can cancel your print order, but the artwork charge still applies.
If you have signed off the artwork and we begin the process of printing, we will not be able to cancel and refund your order for both artwork and print.
If you have submitted your own artwork and we have begun the process of printing, then we will not be able to cancel and refund your order.
